  1. The table above with all the times and counts is a sign of incorrect understanding…..
    not easy to explain… correct understanding would produce increasing sense of sacredness which in turn would be selfsufficient and the phisics of practise would gradually fall off leaving room for inner worship and bliss so sweet You would not be able to share it easily just like that….
